Jenn Cooper is a results-driven litigator who thrives on variety in her practice.

With experience handling a range of complex litigation—from media and entertainment cases, to intellectual property and employment disputes, to white collar defense matters—Jenn brings a fresh perspective that allows her to adapt nimbly and efficiently to the nuances of each case.

In her civil litigation and white collar defense practices, Jenn represents Fortune 500 companies, mid-size corporations, and individuals before state, federal, and appellate courts. She works with clients across an array of industries, including financial services, insurance, food and beverage, digital media, real estate, and metals. Jenn has prevailed on behalf of her clients through her creative approach to legal writing, research, and statutory interpretation. Her achievements include successfully challenging the government’s interpretation of a statute in federal civil forfeiture proceedings, obtaining a complete dismissal of a case involving a viral social media post pursuant to California’s anti-SLAPP statute, and opposing a motion to compel arbitration in a federal trade secrets case. Throughout all stages of litigation, Jenn diligently protects her clients’ business and personal interests, ensuring the case strategy aligns with their optimal goals.

Jenn began her legal career as a shared judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where she assisted judges by handling dispositive and procedural motions in a broad range of cases, including cases involving copyright and trademark issues, civil rights and employment class actions. In law school, Jenn served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and interned in the legal departments of IMAX and Fox Networks Group.
