Kathryane Foster is a trial paralegal with more than 25 years spent in white collar practice, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
One of the original members who joined Larson from Arent Fox LLP in 2016, she draws from a depth of experience in the litigation departments of the nation’s top law firms. Kathryane assists in all aspects of the discovery process, including preparation for witness and expert depositions, document productions and e-discovery, fact investigation and research, appellate practice, and trial preparation. In the firm’s highly publicized corruption case, People v. Paul Biane et al., she provided integral support to her attorneys and clients during the victorious, 10-month trial
Prior to her career in Los Angeles, Kathryane worked at Foley & Lardner LLP in San Diego for 10 years as a senior intellectual property litigation paralegal. Her trial experience included cases involving the human genome decoder, cow cloning technology, and shoe cushioning technology. During that time, she was nominated for and selected as one of the top 20 paralegals in San Diego, and also accepted the San Diego County Distinguished Paralegals Award.
Kathryane moved to California over two decades ago from Ogden, Utah, and has enjoyed the sunshine and beaches ever since. In her spare time, she relaxes by reading, traveling, and painting.
