Billy’s practice is focused on white collar defense, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property issues.
He has experience in all phases of litigation, including preparing for and participating in patent litigation trials involving networking and medical device technologies.
Most recently, Billy served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Philp S. Gutierrez in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Before law school, he worked for an economic consulting firm where he valued damages in intellectual property disputes.
