Jonathan Gershon is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in a wide array of matters, including financial services litigation, intellectual property disputes, and high-stakes class actions.
He also handles other complex civil disputes and white collar defense matters. Regardless of the type of case, Jonathan’s focus remains steadfast on understanding and achieving his clients’ goals.
Prior to joining Larson, Jonathan was a senior associate at an Am Law 30 firm. He honed his practice by litigating cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, unfair competition, ERISA violations, and copyright infringement.
In recognition of his academic accomplishments during law school, Jonathan was named a Michael T. Masin Scholar and awarded membership into the Order of the Coif. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors where he can usually be found running, cycling, and hiking.
