Larson LLP is pleased to announce that Jonathan Gershon has joined the firm as an associate.
Jonathan represents clients in a wide array of complex commercial matters—including financial services litigation, intellectual property disputes, and high-stakes class actions—and white collar defense matters. He joins Larson LLP from Reed Smith LLP, where he litigated cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, unfair competition, ERISA violations, and copyright infringement. Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and was awarded membership into the Order of the Coif. He earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
