Emilie has been with Larson LLP since its founding in 2016. She represents corporations in high-stakes business disputes and defends employers against state and federal employment law violation claims in single-plaintiff suits and class actions. Emilie also advises companies on regulatory and compliance matters and conducts sensitive internal investigations. She earned her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and her B.A. from UC Berkeley.
John joined Larson LLP in 2020 after serving as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and honing his practice at two Am Law 200 firms. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes—including class actions, trade secret lawsuits, and securities cases—and white collar defense matters. John earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from Princeton University.
