Tyler joins Larson O’Brien after serving as a law clerk for federal judges at both the trial and appellate levels—first for the Honorable Samuel H. Mays, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and then for the Honorable Deborah L. Cook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During law school, he externed for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the California Department of Justice, and also served on the Moot Court Honors Board. Tyler earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his B.A. with honors from the University of Edinburgh.
“John and Tyler both bring valuable knowledge of and experience in the courts that will contribute to our success as trial lawyers. Their arrival further strengthens our complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and appellate practices. We are thrilled to welcome them to the firm.”
