Scott Levinson’s experience includes securities litigation, merger-related disputes, white-collar defense, government investigations, and a range of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
Before joining Larson, Scott served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Valenzuela of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In that role, he drafted orders and bench memoranda on motions in both civil and criminal proceedings, managed the court’s civil docket, and assisted with trial preparation.
Scott also brings experience from his time at a global firm, which included defending large companies against breach of fiduciary duty claims, securities lawsuits, and SEC investigations. He regularly drafted motion briefs, managed document review teams, prepared written discovery, and assisted with deposition preparation. Scott earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and the USC International Human Rights Clinic.
