Larson Welcomes Jane Davidson and Clinton A. Ford Jr.

Larson is pleased to announce that Jane Davidson and Clinton A. Ford Jr. joined the firm as associates in Los Angeles.

Jane joined Larson from an Am Law 100 firm, where she focused on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Her significant representations include successfully terminating a high-profile conservatorship after 13 years and navigating an associated breach of fiduciary duty investigation, representing non-U.S. resident witnesses in a workplace murder investigation, and obtaining summary judgment for an international transportation system manufacturer in a personal injury case. Jane earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.S. from the University of Southern California.

Clinton served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Eleanor L. Ross in the Northern District of Georgia before joining Larson. He gained valuable trial experience and worked on a variety of cases spanning civil rights, commercial, and intellectual property litigation. Before his clerkship, Clinton was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where he assisted clients with a broad range of employment matters. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.B.A. from Georgia Southern University, summa cum laude.

“Jane and Clinton each bring considerable courtroom experience and legal acumen to our complex civil litigation, white collar defense, internal investigations, and appellate practices, as well as a steadfast commitment to client service. We are thrilled to welcome them to the firm.”
