Attorneys for defendants are presenting closing arguments in the closely-watched criminal fraud trial of former Outcome Health executives in the U.S.D.C. Northern District of Illinois. Larson Partner Koren Bell is delivering the closing remarks for Outcome Health’s co-founder and former president Shradha Agarwal. The trial has been underway since January 30, 2023 and has garnered significant national media attention. Partners Stephen G. Larson and Alex Lowder are also representing Shradha Agarwal in the trial that is expected to conclude next week.
