On Feb. 2, Larson scored an appellate victory for client, St. Mary’s Montessori, a Catholic school for children aged 12 and under.
The Court of Appeal in the Fourth District overturned the Superior Court’s dismissal of St. Mary’s Montessori’s religious discrimination claims following an anti-SLAPP motion and remanded the school’s claims to the Superior Court. The Larson team consisted of R.C. Harlan, Stephen G. Larson, John Lee, Hilary Potashner, and Daniel Lahana.
