Attorneys on both sides presented opening statements, marking the start of the closely-watched criminal fraud trial of former Outcome Health executives in the U.S.D.C. Northern District of Illinois. Larson partner Alex Lowder delivered opening remarks for Outcome Health’s co-founder and former president Shradha Agarwal. Partners Stephen G. Larson and Koren Bell are also representing Shradha Agarwal in the trial that is expected to last up to 14 weeks.
