Levinson

Scott Levinson’s experience includes securities litigation, merger-related disputes, white-collar defense, government investigations, and a range of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Before joining Larson, Scott served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Valenzuela of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In that role, he drafted orders and bench memoranda on dispositive motions and other civil matters, assisted with criminal proceedings, and supported trial preparation.

Scott also brings experience from his time at a global firm, where he regularly drafted motion briefs, managed document review teams, prepared written discovery, and assisted with deposition preparation. Scott earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he graduated with high honors.
