Hilary Potashner Elected to American Board of Criminal Lawyers

Larson partner Hilary Potashner has been unanimously elected to become a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers (ABCL).

The ABCL is an invitation-only honorary society for criminal trial lawyers.

The former Ninth Circuit appointed Federal Public Defender for the Central District of California, Chambers-ranked attorney, and Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Hilary has been practicing for 30 years and has tried scores of cases to verdict. Since joining Larson in 2019, she has taken on many of the firm’s top white collar defense matters, drawing upon her decades of expertise and well-earned credibility with state, federal, and appellate courts to achieve favorable results for her clients.

Hilary defends individuals facing charges in both state and federal court in a wide range of matters, including conspiracy, wire fraud, bank fraud, healthcare fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and other white collar cases. She also represents public and prominent figures and entities in pre-indictment investigations.
