Rocco Basile focuses his practice on civil litigation and federal practice, drawing on his experience in federal courts to handle a broad range of matters.
He graduated summa cum laude from Southwestern Law School, ranking in the top 1% of his class, and served as Managing Editor of the Southwestern Law Review. His academic honors include ten CALI Awards and the Dean’s Academic Leadership Award.
Before joining the firm, Rocco served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rozella A. Oliver, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and completed full-time federal judicial externships with the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez, Chief U.S. District Judge, and the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson, Senior U.S. District Judge, all of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
