Min Yang handles patent disputes and other complex IP matters, representing clients in district courts, International Trade Commission investigations, post-grant proceedings, and patent prosecution.
She represents clients in matters involving a wide variety of technologies, including those in the electrical and mechanical engineering spaces. She has substantial experience in patent cases directed to semiconductor devices and circuits, computer systems and software, automobiles, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and image/video processing.
Before joining Larson, Min was a patent litigation associate at a global intellectual property law firm, and a research staff member at IBM. She is a registered patent agent at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

- Represented TSMC in International Trade Commission investigations involving semiconductor manufacturing and memory technologies, supporting discovery efforts and conducting prior art analysis.
