Partners Kori L. Bell and Hilary Potashner are once again recognized among the most successful and well-regarded women attorneys in the region by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
The 2021 special issue, “Women of Influence – Attorneys,” honors the top women attorneys practicing in Los Angeles. The honorees were selected based on their exceptional legal skill, professional achievements, and contributions to the Los Angeles community.
The special issue highlights Kori and Hilary’s broad white collar defense and complex civil litigation practices. Kori is recognized for her role on the Larson LLP team that secured a $65 million settlement for Colonies Partners and its co-managing partner, Jeffrey Burum, in November 2020. Hilary’s profile notes her many appellate victories since joining Larson LLP in 2019, which include securing the reversal of a $15.5 million judgment in favor of her clients in SEC v. Yang, resulting in a final judgment that was a fraction of the original.
This is the second year Kori and Hilary are recognized together by Los Angeles Business Journal, having both been named among the “Top Women Attorneys” in 2020. Hilary was also honored as one of the “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers” in 2020 and Kori was previously named one of the “Most Influential Women Lawyers” in 2019. Larson LLP congratulates Kori, Hilary, and all of this year’s honorees on being recognized for exemplifying the highest professional and ethical standards throughout their practice.
