Partners Jonathan E. Phillips and Hilary Potashner are recognized as being among the best litigators in the region by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
The 2021 edition of “Leaders of Influence – Litigators & Trial Attorneys” honors a select group of “the lawyers you want in your corner in court.”
The special issue highlights Jonathan’s employment litigation and counseling practice, which, during the COVID-19 pandemic, included offering practical advice for employers through thought leadership pieces and webinars on topics such as implementing work-from-home policies and then vaccination and return-to-work policies. Hilary was noted for the robust white collar defense, investigations, and civil litigation practices she has built since joining Larson LLP after serving for years as the Federal Public Defender for the Central District of California, as well as her appellate victories over the past year.
This is the second consecutive year Hilary has been honored as among the “Leaders of Influence” and the first year that Jonathan has been recognized for his professional achievements and contributions to the legal community. Larson LLP congratulates Jonathan, Hilary, and all of this year’s honorees on being recognized for their “expert comprehension of the legal system” and “unique set of skills” demonstrated throughout their litigation careers.
