Anthony Gutierrez’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial matters across a variety of legal contexts in federal and state trial courts.
Prior to joining Larson, Anthony spent five years as an associate at Am Law 30 firms, where he worked on a wide range of cases including ERISA class action litigation, wildfire, product liability, and breach of contract matters.
He was also a member of a team that managed international civil litigation and regulatory investigations, including matters concerning privacy and data protection (GDPR), hate speech, cybersecurity and intermediary liability, and consumer class action claims.
Anthony clerked for The Honorable Edward J. Davila in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. While in law school, Anthony externed for the US Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division for the Central District of California.
