Inga is a crisis coordinator and strategist who helps her clients navigate through the full spectrum of complex civil and criminal disputes when the stakes are high.

As a solicitor of England and Wales with in-depth knowledge of the political and cultural context of the post-Soviet region, she frequently represents high-net-worth individuals and corporations from the former Soviet Union. Proficient in Russian, German and French, she specialises in developing and implementing coordinated, multi-jurisdictional strategies for the effective resolution of international disputes.

Inga is committed to developing a holistic approach for each client, ensuring that intelligence, political sensitivities and reputation management are fully factored into any legal strategy. As part of her work, she has successfully guided clients through reputational crises arising from disputes.

She has advised both a claimant and a defendant in a USD 3 billion family and inheritance dispute spanning 12 jurisdictions. She has also represented a former executive involved in a major government and regulatory investigation across three continents.

In her white-collar defence practice, she regularly defends clients against allegations of fraud or corruption in cross-border disputes and conducts complex internal investigations. She has particular experience in helping clients to navigate the practical challenges and compliance issues posed by the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act.

Inga has advised several high-profile clients in arbitrations under bilateral investment treaties (BITs), and has represented clients in venture disputes and consequential ICC arbitrations relating to expropriated mining assets.

She is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association. Of Counsel at Larson, Inga is not licensed to practice law in California or any other jurisdiction of the U.S. and works exclusively on the firm’s international matters.
