Larson is pleased to announce that partner John Lee has been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2023 Class of Fellows and associate Ranja Rasul has been selected to join the LCLD 2023 Class of Pathfinders.

The landmark LCLD Fellows Program is an intensive professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. John joins a select group of experienced, high-potential attorneys who have been recognized as future leaders in their organizations. The 2023 Fellows will connect with leading general counsel and managing partners for mentoring and career guidance throughout the one-year program.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed to train diverse, high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The Pathfinder Program provides participants with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. Throughout the program, Ranja and his peers at LCLD will learn from top leaders in the legal profession along with experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching.

The firm proudly joined LCLD in January 2021 and kicked off its membership with partner Alex Lowder participating in the 2021 Fellows Program and Paul Rigali participating in Leaders at the Front as the firm’s managing partner.  Since the firm joined LCLD, Larson has sponsored three fellows and three pathfinder attorneys. Other past Larson participants include Catherine Owens and former Larson partner, Emilie Zuccolotto.

In addition to being excellent trial lawyers, John and Ranja have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to leadership within our firm, and a dedication to Larson’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Larson is proud to support LCLD, and we congratulate them both on being selected to these esteemed professional development programs.”
