Eveet “Eva” Gabriel earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Eva completed several externships. She served as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, and externed for the Hon. Tanya S. Chuktan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (D.D.C.).
In her final year of law school, Eva was a member of the Georgetown Appellate Litigation Clinic. In this role, she led a post-appeal motion for compassionate release for an incarcerated individual in the D.D.C. Additionally, she submitted an appellate brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, raising claims of deliberate indifference to a client’s medical needs under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Case No. 23-6791).
Outside of work, Eva enjoys spending time with her family, exploring museums, and spending time outdoors.
