Larson partners will begin jury selection in the trial of a former Outcome Health Executive.
Partners Stephen G. Larson, Koren Bell, and Alex Lowder are representing former Outcome Health President Shradha Agarwal in a criminal fraud suit valued at $1 billion. The trial is set to begin with jury selection on Jan. 24 in the U.S.D.C. Northern District of Illinois. The jury will assess the government’s allegations that Outcome Health’s executives fraudulently overstated the company’s revenue to attract investors. The trial, which is expected to last several months, has been among the most closely-watched criminal fraud trials in Chicago since 2020 and has garnered national media attention.
