Larson LLP is proud to partner with Verbum Dei Jesuit High School in its Corporate Work Study Program.
Beginning on September 2, the firm will host four Verbum Dei students at its Los Angeles office throughout the 2024-2025 school year. These students will assist in multiple departments to gain practical professional experience in the legal profession.
Verbum Dei Jesuit High School is a Catholic, Jesuit, Cristo Rey high school that prepares its students for college through advanced curriculum, career-development opportunities and community service. Verbum Dei boasts a unique Corporate Work Study Program that provides students with hands-on professional work experience and character development. This program allows students to spend four days a week in the classroom and one full day each week in the workplace for all for years of their high school education.
Vice President of Verbum Dei’s Corporate Work Study Program, Jesse Jovel, remarks “to be a Verbum Dei Jesuit partner is to be an integral part of the formula that is changing the trajectory of families and thus transforming communities from the inside.” Larson looks forward to the opportunity to support Verbum Dei’s mission.
