Larson LLP partner Hilary Potashner is recognized for the third year in a row as one of the Daily Journal’s “Top White Collar Lawyers” of 2025.
The annual list honors California’s “most influential and effective white collar defense practitioners.” A Daily Journal profile highlight’s Hilary’s 30 years of trial and appellate experience, including her service as a federal public defender for the Central District of California.
Describing her approach to complex white collar defense cases, Hilary explained, “You need to develop a mutually respectful working relationship with the prosecutors involved. You then need to take the time to truly understand their impressions, perspectives, priorities and institutional concerns.”
Hilary’s recent results for clients include successfully opposing extradition from Germany for a client convicted of wire fraud and identity theft, and dismissal of 32 felony counts for a medical doctor accused of billing fraud.
