Partner Hilary Potashner is recognized as one of the “Top White Collar Lawyers” of 2024 by the Daily Journal. This is her second consecutive year appearing on the list.
The Daily Journal’s annual list honors the top-performing attorneys specializing in white collar defense. Hilary’s profile highlights her three decades of experience, including her years as a former federal public defender and her contributions to Larson’s major white collar cases since her arrival at the firm in 2019.
“I especially love being in the courtroom,” Hilary said, describing what draws her to legal practice. “I am continually motivated by the creativity, diligence, fast-paced legal research and writing as well as the attention to detail that is needed to be successful in the courtroom.”
Hilary’s recent work includes serving as appellate counsel in the appeal of a conviction and sentence for multiple corporate entities convicted of a $1.8 billion conspiracy to commit customs fraud and international money laundering, as well as representing a Florida businessman accused of violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
