Larson O’Brien earned its latest appellate victory when the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia affirmed the firm’s 2016 trial win in a fee dispute related to a class action arising from the federal government’s management of Native American land trusts.
The federal appeals court upheld an award of more than $3.5 million in fees and interest to Larson O’Brien’s client for his work on a historic class action that led to a federal government payout of $3.4 billion to hundreds of thousands of Native Americans.
