Catherine Owens and Juliette Tran Join LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders

Larson is pleased to announce that partner Catherine S. Owens has been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2024 Class of Fellows and counsel Juliette Tran has been selected to join the LCLD 2024 Class of Pathfinders.

The firm proudly joined LCLD in January 2021. The LCLD Fellows Program is an exclusive professional development initiative that provides mentorship to the upcoming diverse leaders of the legal industry. Catherine has been chosen to be a part of this program and is among a select group of highly skilled attorneys who have been identified as potential future leaders in their respective organizations. Catherine previously participated in the LCLD Pathfinder Program in 2022. Throughout the one-year program, the 2024 Fellows will have opportunities to interact with distinguished general counsel and managing partners offering mentorship and career guidance.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed to train diverse, high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The Pathfinder Program provides its participants with practical tools to develop and leverage internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. Juliette and her peers at LCLD will learn from top leaders in the legal profession.

This is an excellent opportunity for Catherine and Juliette to continue to build upon their leadership and mentorship skills, given their already demonstrated achievements in these areas. We are delighted that Catherine and Juliette will be participating in LCLD’s exceptional programs again this year, and congratulate them on being selected.”
