Nicole Kim is a litigator with a broad range of experience in both the civil and criminal sector. She has assisted clients in all stages of the litigation process, including from before the filing of the case, at mediation, at summary judgment, and at the appellate level. 

In her complex commercial litigation and white collar defense practice, Nicole excels at critically analyzing various positions and legal arguments. This informs her adept ability to provide a straightforward assessment and help clients attain their ultimate goals. Additionally, Nicole utilizes her strong organizational skills to ensure cases are managed efficiently.

Prior to joining Larson LLP, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk at the Los Angeles Superior Court. She interacted with numerous judges in the various branch courts, gaining knowledge of not only how to analyze motions, but also of how the court operates. In law school, Nicole gained valuable experience as an intern at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center and honed her leadership skills as vice president of the Korean American Law Students Association. Nicole was selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2021 Class of Pathfinders, a professional development program designed for early-career attorneys who have demonstrated the potential to become future leaders in the legal profession.
