April 3, 2019 - A California federal judge has allowed a handful of defendants, including Larson O'Brien clients, Live Nation and Madison Square Garden, and the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, to bow out of a suit claiming they unlawfully used audio and footage from "The Judy Garland Show."  U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez granted Live Nation's motion to dismiss producer Darryl Payne's copyright claims.
