Troy Tessem is a litigation associate at Larson O'Brien LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.

Troy graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine Law School, where he earned his law degree and a master's degree in dispute resolution. During law school, Troy was the Digital Media and Essays, Comments, and Reviews Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable André Birotte Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and as an extern to Chief Justice Sam Rugege of the Supreme Court of Rwanda. Troy was a member of Pepperdine's intercollegiate moot court team and the President of the Dispute Resolution Society and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.

Before attending law school, Troy was the Communications Manager at the Wheatley Institution, a social policy research center that focuses on diplomacy in international relations. In 2013, Troy received his undergraduate degree in international relations from the Kennedy Center for International Studies at Brigham Young University.
