Emilie Zuccolotto is a litigation associate at Larson O’Brien LLP. She focuses on high-stakes employment and business disputes, including class actions. Emilie's experience includes defending corporations against discrimination and wrongful termination claims, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) violation claims, breach of contract claims, wage and hour class actions, and consumer class actions in state and federal court and arbitration. As part of her labor and employment practice, Emilie regularly advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters and conducts internal investigations. 

In 2018, Emilie successfully represented a Fortune 500 company in a hotly contested wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit, obtaining summary judgment on the company's behalf.

Prior to joining Larson O’Brien, Emilie was an associate at a national law firm. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley. While in law school, Emilie served as an extern to the Honorable Ernest M. Robles of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California, and was awarded a Graduate Certificate in Entertainment Law. Before attending law school, Emilie lived in Italy and worked in fashion. She also played competitive soccer for 13 years and remains a fan of the sport.
